Accounts Receivable Coordinator

DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accounts receivable operations and administration. You will be responsible for maintaining and accurate case IDs and other accounting or administrative duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

Training/Education/Certification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of one year in accounting

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of current phone equipment and basic computer equipment
  • Understanding of basic accounting and clerical functions
  • Able to do routine accounting procedures
  • Well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail; strong organizational capabilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible and willing to assist others
  • Able to work well under stress
  • Sensitive with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work well independently and prioritize work
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to move up to 10 pounds at times with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
