Job Summary

The Human Development Institute (HDI) at the University of Kentucky is Kentucky’s Center on Disability.

This position is through a contract with the Kentucky Division of Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities and is within the clinical services branch (https://dbhdid.ky.gov/ddid/clinical.aspx). This position will supervise multiple Nurse Coordinator staff. The position’s job duties include mortality review and investigations, complaint follow up and investigation determinations, develop and provide health, safety welfare/education, incident management, data tracking/trending/analysis/action and health risk screening supervision.

This position is open to applicants in all areas of Kentucky and will work remotely. Regular work-related travel is a requirement of this position.

This position will advance HDI’s mission and strategic plan.
