Job Summary
The Director for Accreditation and Assessment in the College of Education will provide support in program planning and review processes, continuous improvement, and accreditation activities for the college. They will serve as the primary liaison for CPE and SACS-COC assessment and accreditation. They will work closely with faculty, staff, the associate dean for academic programs and partnerships, and the director of educator preparation to develop, implement, and report on outcome based/performance assessments. They will also maintain and analyze data collect efforts for programs with national accrediting bodies, as applicable. The ideal candidate shall contribute to the excellence of the unit, college, and university through their leadership, vision, and service.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience working with accreditation agencies. Knowledge of Airtable, Hana/Tableau

Preferred Education/Experience
Master’s Degree in Education or related profession; minimum of 6 years of related experience. Minimum of one year managerial experience. Working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures
