The Role

The Brokerage Operations Representative will be responsible for learning and supporting the customer experience for various processes within OSG Tax.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor of Science in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of tax filing requirements, IRS forms, and related concepts
  • Complex problem resolution skills
  • Financial services, tax and/or operations experience preferred
  • You have MS Excel, data analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Your strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Your ability to innovate and complete processes
  • You can prioritize multiple tasks, consistently deliver business solutions and work independently

The OSG Tax Operations team is committed to delivering an outstanding tax experience for Fidelity clients. The team is responsible for performing key processes that support the financial and tax service needs of our clients. Additionally, this team plays a significant role in shaping the future of tax operations.
