Clinical Program Director (CBHC) - Quincy Clinic
An outstanding opportunity exists to join Aspire Health Alliance as a Clinical Program Director for our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC)! Aspire Health Alliance is helping to pioneer a new approach to behavioral health, providing better access that is centered around those we serve. We provide a continuum of care for youth, adults, and families that is proactive, coordinated, available through multiple access points, and integrated with medical care. The Program Director oversees all operations of the Core Services under our CBHC, which includes service delivery, fiscal management, coordination, and integration of care internally and externally. In addition, the Program Director provides supervision of the clinical, medical, and clerical staff as well as the master's level interns. Responsibilities include:
- Works with clinicians and prescribers to provide quality clinical and medication support to clients
- Values and promotes a diverse workforce, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and equitable work environment
- Oversees the intakes of all new and transferred cases
- Ensures that all documentation standards are met
- Oversees the operation and development of our telehealth services
- Works within systems of care to ensure integrated team approach is given at all levels including medical and behavioral health
- Provides direct supervision or facilitates supervision for master’s level staff to ensure that clinical and administrative standards are maintained
- Develops and implements trainings
- Works with the licensing entities and payers to ensure that standards are met and exceeded

About Aspire Health Alliance
Celebrating 100 years of service in 2026, Aspire Health Alliance (Aspire) is a private, non-profit behavioral health agency, providing services for children, teens, and adults experiencing serious emotional challenges, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. Our vision is there is no health without mental health. In July 2022, Aspire was designated as a Community Behavioral Health Center by the State of Massachusetts. Aspire has outpatient clinics across the South Shore in Braintree, Quincy, and Marshfield. We have services across the continuum of care including early intervention services for infants, toddlers, and their families; day treatment, intensive wrap-around services, and residential services. Bringing care to the setting where our clients most need it, we provide child and family services in the home, school, child care center, group residence, and other community settings including working with area police departments. Required Skills
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to balance administrative needs with staff concerns
- Must demonstrate ability to work effectively and respectfully with staff, interns, individuals, and referring agencies
- Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively as a member of the outpatient management team
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail required
- Strong presentation and training skills

Required Experience
- Three-five years of previous clinical and administrative experience supervision within behavioral health programs
- Experience with providing clinic based clinical services to children, adolescents, and families
- Must be Independently licensed with a Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field
