About the role:

Interpret and implement actions for ERP Configurator setup and maintenance. Collaborate with Engineering to create rule-based product structures within our ERP system. Prioritize work schedules for Configurator projects, detect compatibility issues early, and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills to ensure efficient and accurate product configuration processes.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop configurator solutions for our products.
  • Planning, creating, testing, and implementing new configurators or enhancements to existing ones.
  • Test the configurators to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance.
  • Conduct audits for new and existing Configurator Products.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines during releases and major updates.
  • Review Configurator reports to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Proactively prevent recurrence by addressing root causes.


When & Where:

Hybrid Office Schedule: Work from home Monday and Friday, in office Tuesday-Thursday

What you need to have:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience 
  • Associate Degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or Engineering
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Engineering PLM software
  • Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements is crucial
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate engineering requirements into Configurator solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and cross-functional teams, and stakeholders
  • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within deadlines


What would be nice to have:

  • CAPM or PMP Certification
  • ERP LX (BPCS) or/and Microsoft Dynamics AX experience
  • Microsoft Power BI experience or Certification
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Java, C#, Python)

The base salary for this position is $70,000 annually. In addition to the base salary this role is eligible for a bonus plan, which has an additional opportunity for payout. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
