We’re looking for an experienced Product Delivery and Integration (PD&I) leader to join our Finance Technology organization to lead and drive the delivery of product and platform roadmaps from inception to delivery for Regulatory Reporting, Treasury and CECL/ IFRS9 applications in adherence with enterprise controls & compliance.  

To succeed, you will need to combine delivery excellence practices with practical, flexible approaches resulting in value and efficiency for our business. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about Agile and can lead culture and attitude shifts at all levels of the organization driving higher quality, faster time to market, and optimized investment performance. The ideal candidate for this role will have a deep understanding of data engineering, familiarity with regulatory and privacy requirements, and strong technical skills in data technologies. Strong partnership skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to deliver programs across Treasury and Regulatory Reporting will be a key to success in this role. 

Responsibilities

  • Leads teams and supports product engineering in a scaled agile environment delivering very large business solutions or programs.
  • Serves as the main point of technology contact from initiative inception to delivery. 
  • Works with business leaders, engineering leaders and senior-level architects to help shape the strategy for value stream delivery. 
  • Ability to take accountability ofcouple ofkey programs and drive them to success. This includes ensuring the scope, requirements, apt design, development, and testing and UAT and subsequent launch to production as a program owner. This is very critical for this role.
  • Leads a methodology driven quality plan in terms of delivery, features, and schedule. 
  • Proactively identifies technology delivery and portfolio level risks and implements mitigations. 
  • Establishes and maintains good relationships with product management, architecture, engineering, production operations, and external technology partners ensuring cohesive plans and regular communication of delivery progress. 
  • Ability to wear different hats and context-switch frequently and seamlessly.  
  • Contributes to the investment decision process through innovative ideas, input to sequencing and highlighting other technology delivery considerations. 
  • Willingness to 'think' strategically, while also being willing to 'act' pragmatically and get into the weeds if vital, including being hands on and coding where needed. 
  • Effectiveness in building relationships across the organization as you find creative solutions to high visibility questions.  
  • Proficiency building impactful relationships quickly, and ability to communicate at senior leadership levels. 
  • Ability to identify and balance trade-offs as you influence teams toward successful execution strategies. 
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and thrive in ambiguous situations.  
  • Strong bias for action and excellent problem-solving skills.  
  • Responsible for people leadership and management. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other Technology domain, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred. 
  • 10+ years leading large scale/business critical Technology delivery experience.
  • 10+ years ofexperience in partneringwith Product Management andProductOwners, as well as the core and extended Technology teams including Architect(s), to create, prioritizeand drivetheproduct and platform backlogs. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability in leading large, projects that involve both Business and Technology partners. 
  • SAFe Certified preferred with hands-on delivery experience applying SAFe or iterative development processes, including quality and testing practices. 
  • Validated servant-leadership ability. 
  • Possess a high degree of technology savvy, with a keen ability to learn new technology particularly in the areas of Finance data engineering, Cloud migrations and Regulatory reporting.
  • Eagerness and ability to soar at strategic levels as well as dive deeply into details (rolling up your sleeves) to deliver concrete outcomes.  
  • PMP Certification a plus.
  • Impeccable Communications skills to deliver simplified communication strategies across a wide variety of stakeholders.

Salary Range: $145,000.00 to $230,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
