Nutrition Care Supervisor
Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is currently hiring a Full Time Nutrition Care Supervisor.
The hours for this position vary between 6:00am and 7:30pmany day of the week.

What will I do?
Our Nutrition Care Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the Nutrition Care staff (Nutrition Care Partners and Team Leads) and ensuring that all department and community policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. This individual is responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining the Nutrition Care Partners and Team Leaders with direction of the Nutrition Care Manager.
What do I need for this role?
- Two (2) or more years of supervisory food service experience.
- At least one (1) year expereince in a long term care or healthcare environment.
- Intermediate computer knowledge required.
- ServSafe Certified required (or obtained within 90 days of hire).
- Cerified Dietary Manager (CDM) required, or must be acquired within two (2) years of hire.
- Must be able to interact with residents and staff congenially.
- Must interact well with others and demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people, especially older adults.
- Must value active listening and observing to adapt to each resident's changing needs.
