JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist Area Director of Operations with day-to-day tasks and signing off on the completion of residence hall rooms by vendors
- Assist in the oversight of cleaning and painting vendors
- Assist Campus Housing maintenance teams
- Perform quality control assessments of residence hall rooms
- Conduct key audits
- Assist in other projects as needed and other duties assigned by the Area Director of Operations

In order to be eligible for the position, a candidate must: 1. Be a student at the University of Kentucky, in good academic standing 2. Be in good disciplinary standing at the University of Kentucky
Conference season runs from May to August.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for an annual performance bonus that is based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
