AutoNation is seeking a skilled Manager, Performance Marketing, to spearhead our eCommerce parts business digital marketing efforts. Our catalog consists of nearly 3 million skus from multiple OE and Aftermarket brands. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of eCommerce, this role will lead campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display, ensuring these tactics effectively drive growth and engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a data-focused mindset, a strong grasp of digital advertising strategies, and experience within the automotive parts sector to optimize our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, social (Meta), and display advertising campaigns using platforms such as Marin, Skai, or SA360 to drive traffic, conversions.

  • Budget Management: Manage and optimize campaigns within seven-figure budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Product Feed Management: Oversee product feed management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for various advertising channels.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze large data sets to measure performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports on campaign performance, including multiple KPIs including ROAS, using Excel and other analytical tools.

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the parts team to develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce marketing strategies.

  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and overall campaign performance.

  • Stay Current: Keep up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media and eCommerce marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and display advertising.

  • Ad Management Platforms: Proficient in using ad management platforms like Marin, Skai, or SA360.

  • Product Feed Management: Strong experience managing product feeds across multiple advertising platforms.

  • Integrations & Tracking: Manage the technical setup of campaigns, including API integrations, keyword-level tracking, and pixel placement.

  • Budget Management: Proven experience handling seven-figure ad budgets.

  • Excel Skills: Intermediate to expert-level proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, etc.).

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize performance.

  • Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and product feed management tools.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce).

  • Familiarity with display advertising networks (e.g., Google Display Network, Criteo).

  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
