The Global Card Issuance team leads suppliers and is responsible for managing the manufacturing, personalization, delivery, and replacement servicing of all propriety card products globally. The successful candidate will focus on projects in the US region, which includes new product launches, refreshes, other operational uplifts and enhancements as needed. This position provides the opportunity to work with business partners across the company including marketing, brand, compliance, technologies and internal card issuance teams with the goal of delivering on several top enterprise priorities. This B30 role reports into the Card Issuance Manager of US Projects.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Works closely with business teams to understand project requirements and ensure timelines are aligned across all teams
  • Lead the E2E project management across several initiatives with internal and external partners
  • Support process enhancements in the US while keeping Global impacts in mind
  • Partners with vendors to implement project requirements
  • Influences teams across projects to streamline and enhance processes as projects are being implemented
  • Identify, assess, and develop ideas to improve existing processes or establish new processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and a minimum of two years relevant experience in project management
  • Experience in project management and working with agile tech teams required 
  • Ability to communicate and build strong relationships across multiple levels of leadership
  • Results driven with the ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives to completion
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in teams
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated self-starter
  • Career oriented with the desire to grow
  • A detail orientated individual with the ability to remain organized in a fluid environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or Project Management certification is a plus

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
