The U.S. Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital & Data Technology Team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate and Leads the Team Execution
• Drives team/release level processes demonstrating servant leadership
coupled with domain knowledge and sufficient technical savvy.
• Facilitates Sprint planning meetings and other Scrum ceremonies with
delivery team where appropriate.
• Leads feature and capacity planning, provides input to address economic,
budgetary, or capacity resourcing issues as appropriate
• Encourage thoughtful user stories that include acceptance criteria, test
strategy and user acceptance test cases
• Support product owners by ensuring prioritization of team backlog, including
backlog refinement and readiness.
• Ensures dependency alignment across teams, utilize metrics to provide
visibility and track gaps, risks, dependencies and user story execution.
• Execute the Program Increment (PI) objectives (or other planning
equivalents) to support the strategy, vision and road map
• Ensure value is achieved by the team on behalf of end users.
• Collaborates with other members of PDE to coordinate cross-team
dependencies and other teams within the organization.
• Create data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using
relevant team level metrics.
• Drive progress and execution against objectives, raises impediments, handles
risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs.
• Leads internal and external communication to improve transparency and
collaboration
• Support and encourage innovation through continuous exploration.
• Coach team to drive Agile team objectives, practices and mindsets.

• Mentor and guide team members to success; identify strengths and areas for
growth in direct reports and guides them to grow in their careers while being

Scope of
Impact/Influence
• Works in partnership with Product Owners and the core and extended team
to build and prioritize the product backlog.
• Responsible for tracking iteration progress, actively adding to design
discussions, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure
sprint/iteration commitments are met.
• Coaches teams to embrace the Technology SDLC process, Agile values,
principles and practices, and actively inspire teams to reflect and improve
their delivery capacity.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other
technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree
preferred.
• 3+ years of technical delivery experience with a demonstrated track record of
growing responsibility.
• Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development
teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec.
• Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and
languages a plus.
• Agile Certification or Certified Scrum Master a plus.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
