<li>Utilize Banner to record and submit grades and attendance (tardiness and absences) daily.</li>
<li>Distribute student syllabus at the beginning of the course to define course competencies, performance criteria, established approved grading procedures and standards, attendance and class policies/procedures, and other necessary information to students.</li>
<li>Teach worker ethics curriculum, interpersonal skills, post-secondary workforce skills, and soft skills within the standard industry framework.</li>
<li>Maintain an organized, safe, and stable learning environment that is conducive to all (COE) accreditation requirements.</li>
<li>Demonstrate a commitment to student success by providing guidance and advice to students regarding course progress, and academic and disciplinary issues.</li>
<li>Coordinate all disciplinary issues with Coordinator of Practical Nursing.</li>

SPECIFIC DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Adhere to the school calendar and daily class schedule.</li>
<li>Start and end class at designated time.</li>
<li>Check and respond to emails twice daily (minimum).</li>
<li>Coordinate necessary absences with Coordinator of Practical Nursing and to coincide with student breaks.</li>
<li>Work a maximum of 29 hours per week.</li>

This is a temporary, part-time position reporting to the Executive Director of Library Services. The Library Clerk works primarily at the Macon and Union campuses but occasionally at other locations as well The Library Clerk is responsible for the delivery of services to library patrons, maintaining library records, and ensuring that library materials are properly arranged. The hours are primarily between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday. There are occasional Saturday mornings as well.
Job Duties
