<br><h4>Overview</h4><p>LMI is seeking a skilled Operational Project Integrator, Instructional Designer, and Instructor in Northern Virginia in support of the AO OAA QDS contract.</p><h4>Responsibilities</h4><p>This role will focus on supporting and driving mission focused technical operations. Daily requirements include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Organize and actively engage on Technical Review Boards (TRB) and Working Groups (WG) and serve as an operational expert to various elements.</li><li>Prepare and deliver documents ranging from technical reviews, class enhancements, and ciriculm updates.</li><li>Ensure that operational plans are in compliance with technical requirements and quality control standards.</li><li>Foster coordination and communication between various operational elements to create the best solutions and teaching environments possible.</li><li>Foster creative updates to courses that this position will manage and instruct.</li></ul><h4>Qualifications</h4><ul><li><strong>Understanding of SNA</strong>, at least a basic level</li><li><strong>Advanced Python skills</strong></li><li><strong>Ability to instruct the introduction to and advanced SNA courses</strong>&nbsp;(Intro class is every other month, Advanced course is quarterly)</li><li>Be able to help <strong>market the class</strong></li><li><strong>Be on client systems</strong>&nbsp;(email and iCE access) to answer questions from students on a regular basis (explicitly said that they want someone who spends the other portion of their time on another Agency contract).</li><li>Proactively <strong>improve both courses</strong></li><li>Strong problem solving and analytical skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong relationship and network building skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Client-specific tools is desired.</li><li>TS/SCI with polygraph is required.</li></ul><h4><br>LMI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
