Diversity at our agency means fostering a workplace in which individual differences are recognized, appreciated, respected and responded to in ways that fully develop and utilize each person's talent and strengths.&nbsp; Position Counselor FT, SP-SRO&nbsp; Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time&nbsp; Location Pitkin&nbsp; Salary $41,600&nbsp; Days/Hours Monday - Friday; 8am - 4pm&nbsp; Description Concern Housing is seeking a Weekday&nbsp;Counselor to be&nbsp;responsible for assisting the Service Coordinator in the delivery of direct services to the clients, as well assisting in the overall running of the site.&nbsp; The counselor provides a variety of services, ranging form the teaching of skills to delivery of concrete services to providing counseling to the clients.Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Provides direct care services to clients.</li><li>Responsible for documentation of clients assigned to as well as documentation relating to other clients progress.</li><li>Monitors the site, coordinates and participates in house activities such as preparation of meals, chore activities, recreational activities, safety checks etc.</li><li>Provide rehabilitative support services in daily living skills, health services and others as assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors medication; does medication counts; prepares medication sheets.</li><li>Assists with transportation of clients.</li><li>Performs unit inspections, trains and assists residents to maintain cleanliness of individual units</li><li>Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.</li></ul> Salary- $41,600&nbsp; Position Requirements Bachelors degree preferred&nbsp;or 2 years experience in a Psychology, Rehabilitation, Social Work or other mental health discipline.
