JOB STANDARDS:
Minimum Faculty Qualifications
A master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university and a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours (or equivalent) in healthcare management courses is required.
Electronic health records and medical coding certification, training, or experience is preferred.
A minimum of two years of work experience in healthcare management, medical coding, or electronic medical records management is preferred.
Teaching experience, especially in a community college environment, is preferred.

Position required constant interaction with caregivers and community agencies while conducting business with Hope PACE.</li><li>Transport physically limited passengers to varied destinations both timely, safely and door to door.</li><li>Ensure that the van is in proper working order. Report and document maintenance performed.</li><li>Assist passengers on and off the van in a safe and courteous manner. Deal with medical equipment and other emergencies that may arise.</li><li>Follow established scheduled, adjust schedules to meet unanticipated changes , determine the safest and most efficient pick up and delivery routes.</li><li>Participate as a member of interdisciplinary team. Take part in participant care planning and contribute to notations in medical record. Report important information to proper staff of Hope PACE daily regarding any changes, progress, or unusual events concerning any participant.</li><li>Participate in the maintenance of a safe, clean and healthful day center environment.</li><li>May assist with patient care in the day health center when not transporting participants.</li><li>Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times with others, e.g., co-workers, management, vendors, and customers.</li><li>Consistently represents Hope with integrity and professionalism.</li><li>Complete all job responsibilities in a thorough and complete manner, utilizing good judgment in all aspects of the job.
