<h4>What The Role Is</h4>Reporting to the Director, Asset Management, the Analyst will serve as a member of a team responsible for the commercial management of about 6 GW of utility-scale wind, solar and battery storage power projects located across the United States.&nbsp;&nbsp; Asset Management also serves as the owner’s representative ensuring that budget control, value optimization, and risk mitigation is performed during the entire operational lifecycle of a project.The Analyst will work closely with the other members of the team and a wide range of Clearway departments to help maximize the value of assets, ensure contractual compliance, and support growth initiatives.If you don’t meet 100% of the below qualifications but see yourself contributing, please submit your resume.<h4>What You'll Be Doing</h4>Due Diligence on New Project Investments:<ul><li>Support project evaluations, project agreements, contract reviews, and due diligence to help make recommendations in support of acquisitions, divestitures, and/or investments in company-developed projects.</li></ul>Financial &amp; Performance Management:<ul><li>Provide P&amp;L analysis and economic performance for generating assets within the assigned portfolio.</li><li>Perform financial analyses, project evaluations, and due diligence to help make recommendations in support of plant optimization, recovery plans, revenue enhancement, and other major capital investments.</li><li>Analyze, track, and update budgets, forecasts, and financial models.</li><li>Monitor monthly performance and variance reports; investigate and address observed deviations.</li><li>Investigate any major plant outages and influence resolution or minimization of outages.</li><li>Review gross margin performance and work with the energy management group to explain variances due to market conditions.</li><li>Extract generation data from external &amp; internal sources as needed to support various reporting needs.</li><li>Ensure asset financial models are updated, as needed.</li></ul>Commercial Management &amp; Administration:<ul><li>Lead business administration activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with key project company agreements, and financing agreements.</li><li>Control and manage project document organization and retention.</li><li>Ensure general business-related license, permit, and regulatory requirements are successfully managed.</li><li>Review project company agreements to accommodate any project modifications.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders as required.</li></ul>Project Integration<ul><li>Interface with business development, finance, and construction management teams to ensure smooth transition of projects into commercial operation.</li><li>Support the development of information, sharing platforms, and work management systems, including populating such systems with historical records and archiving of documents.</li><li>Support improvements to asset management and project handover processes.</li></ul>Community &amp; Project Stakeholder Engagement:<ul><li>Form positive relationships with external stakeholders including customers, partners, landowners, etc.</li><li>Identify project-related opportunities for charitable giving to foster community goodwill.</li></ul><h4>What You'll Bring</h4><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.</li><li>0-3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business/market analysis, project valuation, project/business administration, project management, project development, asset management, compliance management, contract administration, deal execution, project finance, energy and environmental market analysis, or other analysis or commercial role.</li><li>Experience reading regulatory or legal documents.</li><li>Ability to read, translate, and interpret complex agreements or regulations, understanding of legal terminology.</li><li>Experience researching, analyzing, and synthesizing data and reports.</li><li>Developed analytical, project management, and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong business and financial savvy with an understanding of accounting, finance, and valuation concepts.</li><li>An ability to perform at a high level in a matrixed organization, working in inter-departmental teams to achieve objectives.</li><li>Experience manipulating and managing large amounts of structured and unstructured data. The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting with management and operation of clinic. Assure that appropriate staff meetings, in-service education meetings, and team patient care planning meetings are held monthly as delegated. Assure that Quality Assessment &amp; Performance Improvement Program is current at all times as delegated.</li><li>Establish, maintain, and submit all required records and reports concerning staff, patients, and the operational affairs of the center if delegated by Administrator.</li><li>Continuously monitor to ensure that a safe and sanitary physical environment is maintained throughout the facility; that all equipment is maintained and functions properly; and that adequate and appropriate inventory levels of all supplies are available and used correctly.</li><li>Oversee the maintenance of equipment and supplies to meet current laws and regulations.</li><li>Responds to all emergencies in clinic. Familiar with emergency equipment and all emergency operational procedures.</li><li>Supervise the maintenance of equipment, building areas occupied by the center and other property belonging to the center.</li></ul>Partnerships:<ul><li>Maintain collaborative working relationship with Medical Director and physicians.</li><li>Establish and maintain a positive relationship with all Administrators, area hospitals, agencies, vendors and the community.</li><li>Actively promote GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints.</li></ul>Staff Development: <ul><li>Ensure all staff meet required qualifications for position held and perform duties within limitations established by and in accordance with company policy/procedures, health care professionals practice acts, applicable state and federal laws and regulations.</li><li>Serves as a resource/subject matter expert for patient needs and concerns, staff education and in-service sessions as necessary.</li><li>Assists with recruitment, training, development, and supervision of all personnel.</li><li>Assists with maintaining effective personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating the performance of all personnel and counseling employees.</li><li>Uphold management goals of corporation by leading staff in team concepts and promoting a team effort.</li><li>Effectively communicate expectations; accept accountability and hold others accountable for performance.</li></ul>
