Maintenance Technician - Nomia

As the maintenance technician, you will perform various maintenance and repair work, such as plumbing, electric, HVAC troubleshooting, furniture repair, and more as instructed or assisted by other personnel. The technician will assess that items are in working order and will complete any necessary repairs. This job requires the operation of heavy machinery such as forklifts and the completion of work orders, as well as using the order documentation system and coordinating with fellow staff members to complete all assignments.The coordination between staff members to accomplish duties is integral to the position as is the ability to work independently with little direction while meeting schedules and timelines.
