GENERAL DUTIES: The Adjunct Instructor in the Automotive Technician Development Training (ATDT) class is responsible for providing in-person individualized theory and hands-on instruction to students to provide an accelerated education and career path for employment in the Automotive Mechanics field. Areas of instruction include tools and equipment and the diagnostics and service of batteries, electrical systems, engines, emission control, ignition systems, fuel injection systems, restraint systems, antilock brakes/traction control/stability control, air conditioning and detailed diagnosis and service. The ATDT Adjunct Instructor must monitor, grade and evaluate individual student progress; maintain student records in the college’s student records management software; maintain appropriate documentation, and submit timely reports. This part-time position is not eligible for benefits and reports to the Director of the Clarksville Campus. Scheduled work hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
SALARY: $30.00 per hour. Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines.

Our employees make all the difference in our success!Role: The Senior Maintenance Technician position is responsible for the overall maintenance of all of the Organization’s properties and facilities.Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED or Trade School training; experience may be considered as a substitute for education • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in general maintenance and/or maintenance/repair of equipment o Electrical circuitry and basic electrical principles o Knowledge of the NEC and its requirements as it relates to the Organization and its facilities • Able to read and interpret plumbing schematics and knowledgeable in: o plumbing requirements and safety o Ability to properly sweat or cement pipe joints o Knowledge and ability to operate manual or power snake apparatus to clear pipes • Able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. • Able to work with moderate to no supervision, exercising a strong degree of discretion and independent judgment to effectively keep facilities running efficiently • Knowledge of basic safety concerning OSHA and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association; national building code and life safety standards) • Company Driver - Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance per Company policy • Ability to travel to off-site locations and transport equipment or supplies using personal vehicle or truck • Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills • Must be available for on call duty (nights, weekends and holidays) to handle and/or oversee emergencies related to the buildings under his/her charge • Must remain accessible by phone or make clear and definite arrangements for emergency coverage Job Responsibilities: • Oversees and maintains building and repairs as directed by the Facilities Manager. • Oversees contractors for HVAC and other disciplines as directed and oversees the bid process on major repairs or purchases. • Oversees the maintenance of the fire prevention and suppression equipment ensuing compliance with all Regulatory Agencies. • Submits purchase orders and initiates related Capital Expenditure Requests for approval, as directed. • Monitors and maintains HVAC systems to ensure proper service requirements are maintained. Responsible for proper HVAC service and performance requirements of Joint Commission and AHCA in patient care facilities. • Acts as the Company’s consultant and advisor to gain the best purchased value of contractor service. • Specifies and recommends service agreements and service frequencies according to accepted parameters for all Regulatory Agencies including OSHA. • Maintains adequate, lean spare parts inventory and maintains a clean and safe shop and storage area. • Assists in routine Facility Department duties as directed by the Facilities Manager. • Performs other duties as assigned.This position requires consent to drug and/or alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment is made, as well as on-going compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy.

General Function:&nbsp;
Provide high quality effective instruction in accordance with the catalog description and the approved course syllabus; Facilitate student learning, and perform evaluations of student learning for all assigned classes, using each course’s standard course outline as a guide.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university and Licensed Medical Laboratory Professional and 1-3 years clinical laboratory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in discipline or a qualifying field from a regionally accredited college or university or a Master’s degree in any field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in discipline or a qualifying field from a regionally accredited college or university by the application date. Three years of Community College teaching experience.&nbsp;
Qualifying field includes Registered Nurse.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Teach courses as assigned in accordance with the catalog description and the approved course syllabus; Teach dual enrollment classes at area high school as assigned; Travel to multiple campuses as assigned</li>
<li>Collaborate collegially with faculty, Department Lead, and curriculum chair about curricular and programmatic issues and needs</li>
<li>Collaborate collegially with faculty, administration and staff to support the students, strategic plan, goals and business operations of the college; Work collegially as part of both discipline-specific and multidisciplinary teams</li>
<li>Stay abreast of current developments in the teaching discipline including scholarship, creative research, disciplinary and interdisciplinary activities that focus on the boundaries of knowledge, community-based scholarship, creative activities, and the development of cutting-edge teaching approaches</li>
<li>Teach up to 12credit hours per semester as assigned</li>
<li>Maintain availability for meetings with students and colleagues as needed throughout the semester.</li>

Title: Computer Technician (2 Openings)
POSITION SUMMARY Installs, repairs and maintains campus technology across all seven of the College’s campuses.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoots and repairs microcomputer hardware and peripherals. Plans, designs and installs new endpoint devices and software systems. Administers and maintains software deployment systems and creates images and installation packages. Reviews and resolves service tickets for campus-related requests. Responds to technical dispatch requests escalated from the service desk. Maintains an inventory of campus technology equipment, supplies, parts and stock.
Maintains an inventory of software and licensing. Works with third-party vendors to resolve technical problems when necessary. Troubleshoots network related issues and audio/visual systems. Supports and assists with technical infrastructure systems, such as electronic door access, security cameras and UPS devices. Occasionally travels throughout the service area to other campuses.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma
Three (3) years of experience in installation, maintenance and repair of computer hardware, software and network equipment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Associate’s degree
Five (5) years of experience in installation, maintenance and repair of computer hardware, software and network equipment
CompTIA A+ certification
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, JAMF and Quest Kace SMA/SDA
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Demonstrated knowledge of microcomputers and software applications, such as Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365. Ability to read diagrams, schematics and technical manuals for repair and diagnostic information. Ability to effectively communicate with contractors, faculty, staff and peers. Ability to frequently walk, stand, stoop, crawl, climb, bend, kneel, work on elevated surfaces, work in small/confined spaces, work overhead and be in awkward positions for extended period of time. Ability to regularly push, pull, lift, move and carry 30 to 50 pounds. Ability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed to support campus events and/or respond to maintenance and weather emergencies.
