The individual will be responsible for leading a team of professional’s working on quality assurance reviews and financial analysis to ensure reporting accuracy of various regulatory reports submitted to the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and Office of Comptroller of Currencies (OCC). The individual will support, train, and provide people leadership to successfully deliver QA responsibilities and will work in close coordination with Regulatory Reporting, Finance Data Governance, Service Management, Technologies, and various other teams.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:·Maintenance of and compliance with Regulatory Reporting Governance policy (RRGP), Oversight Committee, and frameworks under the policy.·Compliance with Self-Identified Re-filing Assessment Framework (SIRAF), Regulatory Reporting Item Log (RRIL), and Cross Report Reconciliation framework.·Develop new and maintain existing trainings launched under the regulatory reporting training program.·Lead quality assurance reviews (Process, Control, Conformance, &amp; Transaction testing) of regulatory reports, share observations, and monitor closure.·Support regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with the reporting guidelines issued by the FRB and OCC.·Managing and responding to requests from regulators on an as-needed basis.·Leading a team of professionals with a focus on continuing to develop governance and QA review skillsets for the future.·Display thought leadership, drive process, and support work/life balance initiatives.Minimum Qualifications: ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 10+ years of work experience in Banking/Financial Services. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's degree required. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Extensive experience in Quality Assurance. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven people leadership experience and ability to attract, engage, and retain high caliber global talent. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills with a proven track of positively collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent written and verbal communications with ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands, and effectively manage in a matrix organization. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ability to think strategically. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; A self-starter with a passion to consistently deliver high quality service and exceed stakeholders’ expectations.
