Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Performs cycle counts using RF equipment according to a set schedule and as needed for investigation of inventory discrepancies.</li>
<li>Reconciles the staging location following completion of manufacturing orders.</li>
<li>Documents resources required to be issued or removed from the associated manufactured order(s).</li>
<li>Documents physical counts of both manufactured and procured materials.</li>
<li>Research inventory discrepancies and reconciles them in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Follows all GMP requirements as they pertain to safety, food safety, and quality.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Minimum six months experience in a Production capacity or related role in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to operate PIT forklift in pedestrian congested areas and close quarters racking.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to sustain walking and or standing in the warehouse for the duration of each shift.</li>
<li>Must have motor skills commensurate with the essential functions of the job.</li>
<li>Must be certified to operate forklift/reach truck at current or previous company.</li>

Machine Operator (Swing Shift)

Basic Purpose: This position is responsible for training and directing the work activities of new hires for the packing area.

Essential Job Functions:

Packer Lead (3rd Shift) - Sensible

<h2>Overview/Purpose: </h2>
Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains a variety of equipment &amp; positions throughout the Terra Chips Processing Area.&nbsp; This is to aide in the final goal of making a safe, quality finished good for the end consumer. 
Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety, quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Processing Operator (3rd Shift)- Terra

Basic Purpose:
Under supervision, the Quality Control Technician assists with performing onsite product and equipment inspections, verifications, and testing to ensure the overall safety of food products manufactured within the facility.&nbsp; Secondary duties include, but are not restricted to, maintaining ongoing documentation and data entry of all testing processes and results.&nbsp;

Quality Control Technician (2nd Shift)-Sensible

<h2>Basic Purpose:</h2>

The purpose of the maintenance mechanic is to troubleshoot, repair and perform predictive and preventative maintenance of packaging, milling and blending equipment.&nbsp; Secondary duties include, but are not restricted to, upgrading and installation of new equipment, electrical, welding, machining, mechanical, etc., while maintaining the highest safety, quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and make repairs in expeditious manner. </li>
<li>Perform weekly preventative maintenance functions. </li>
<li>Perform yearly rebuilds on assigned equipment. </li>
<li>Participate and assist in the installation of new machinery. </li>
<li>Inspect machines for parts wear and recommend/participate in making necessary repairs. </li>
<li>Ensure that all paperwork including daily end of shift reports, inventory, safety sheets (ex: hot work permits, confined space) and supply requisitions are accurate. </li>
<li>Responsible for reporting food safety and quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.</li>
<li>Follow all Food Safety guidelines, but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>GMP’s</li>
<li>Allergen Program</li>
<li>Quality</li>
<li>Sanitation</li>
<li>Safety</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Additional duties and various projects as needed.</li>

<h2>Minimum Requirements:</h2>
<ul>
<li>Minimum three years’ experience in a mechanical repair capacity or related role within a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Industrial electrical/mechanical maintenance experience strongly preferably in a packaging manufacturing environment, or similar education and/or experience with PLC is highly desired.</li>
<li>Possess own hand tools outlined by Celestial Seasonings. </li>

Maintenance Mechanic (Swing Shift)

Basic Purpose
Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains fryer, seasoning, and raw pellet blending equipment, assuring that preset standards for product safety &amp; quality and machine productivity are attained on a continuous basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>The Processing Operator (PO) works under the direction of the production supervisor and consults the production schedule to determine the item scheduled to run.</li>
<li>The PO selects the correct formula of processing parameters’ and sets the machine controls as necessary.</li>
<li>PO will make the necessary installations, and adjustments, and fine-tunes the equipment to comply with the current specifications for pellet quality.</li>
<li>The PO continuously monitors the equipment in the process area and adjusts as necessary and as determined by supervision, quality control, and management.</li>
<li>The PO must be able to make independent judgments relative to machine function, use common tools as needed, and communicate effectively with Quality and maintenance personnel.</li>
<li>Must follow all GMP requirements as they pertain to safety, quality, and food safety</li>
<li>Ensure Assigned documentation is completed accurately and timely</li>
<li>The PMO must understand HACCP and Food Safety principles and verify compliance to all Critical Control points and Preventative Quality Checkpoints to ensure a safe quality product is produced consistently.</li>
</ul>
Additional Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Equipment and area cleaning as needed. Maintains appropriate levels of mixed raw materials.</li>
</ul>
