Physical Requirements

Sitting for long periods of time; performing repetitive motion tasks; handling of light-weight objects up to 10 pounds, and some standing or walking.



Shift

Primarily days Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm but some evenings and weekends may be needed based on workload.





Job Summary

This position will report directly to the Editorial Manager and provide executive and administrative support to the Chief Accountability Officer and Audit Executive (CAOAE), Editorial Manager, and other infrastructure personnel. Primary responsibilities will include managing the CAOAE’s and Deputy’s Outlook calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing emails, coordinating and documenting distributions of Internal Audit (IA) and Office of Accountability (OoA) communications. This position will have purchasing responsibilities and assist individuals with information pertaining to meetings, serve as the initial point of contact for the Internal Audit office, collect and open mail, file and organize materials and supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.





Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, SAP System, Ebars, Access; This person must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
