Physical Requirements

The physical requirements of this position include occasional standing and/or walking with objects weighing up to 25 lbs. and regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time performing tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing).



Shift

Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required in order to meet business needs.



Job Summary

Ambulatory Services Administration is seeking a detail-oriented, self-sufficient and responsible individual to provide executive administrative support to the Ambulatory Directors.

This position will be accountable to the Ambulatory Leadership Team and able to work in a matrix environment.

Duties will include but are not limited to: calendar/meeting management, scheduling meetings, processing travel reimbursements and itinerary, other relevant business support functions, working with team lead to streamline and standardize operational systems and processes for optimal efficiency, and assisting the Directors with small projects such as pulling reports from Axiom, creating spreadsheets/pivot tables, creating proposals, and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks while accurately completing routine functions in a fast-paced, high-intensity, professional work environment; proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skill; effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment; and respect.

Preferred Education/Experience

More than four years of similar administrative support experience preferred.
