Job Summary

The Administrative Support Associate I position is essential for managing and coordinating various administrative operations within the Funds Flow Neurology department.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Grand Rounds Coordination: Planning, scheduling, and managing logistics for events, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and maintaining accurate attendance records.
  • New Provider Onboarding: Facilitating seamless integration of new hires into clinic operations and ensuring IT and system access are correctly set up.
  • Scheduling Management: Resolving conflicts and maintaining updated schedules in relevant systems.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Preparing reports on resource utilization and maintaining accurate records for compliance.
  • Customer Service and Professional Development: Providing excellent customer service and fostering strong organizational relationships.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, EPIC, Adobe, and scheduling tools like Lightning Bolt.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively across teams.
