Agency Temp Sales Planning Analyst

We are currently seeking an Agency Temp Sales Planning Analyst to join our team.

This position collaborates with sales leadership and other departments to contribute to the success of Insperity, the field sales teams, and Insperity’s use of Salesforce by using technical knowledge to optimize the effectiveness of technology investments and by supporting the Account Based Strategy though the sales planning and lead/account assignment process. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in various phases of the sales planning process, including forecasting, pipeline and opportunity inspection, and management of territory and account assignments and segmentation.
  • Assists with administration of sales suite systems including SFDC and Sales Planning tools.
  • Completes lead conversion and new lead/account assignments within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) and monitors reports for managing SLA’s between company and field sales teams.
  • Completes lead / funnel analysis to drive a more efficient and predictable sales cycle.
  • Drives regional adoption of reports and dashboards defined by Global Sales Operations.
  • Supports identification of key accounts, heat maps, and sales opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Works closely with Sales Strategy and Planning counterparts to enable execution of annual plans.
  • Assesses sales data systems to ensure data integrity, ongoing accuracy, compliance, and prevention of duplicate data, and performs necessary corrections and adjustments to clean up data as needed.
  • Participates in the Salesforce approval workflow as a data gatekeeper, tests new Salesforce functionality, and identifies ways to improve processes, data quality, and system serviceability.
  • Supports go-to-market strategy, book of business assignments and territory coverage.
  • Ensures compliance with Data, Process and Regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and policy execution; identifies, documents, communicates and enforces standard business processes as they relate to Salesforce.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves sales and operational issues and contributes ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes, and procedures.
  • Follows documented processes to ensure that our everyday vendor operations continue to run smoothly.
  • Provides the highest quality of customer support to the sales organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, MIS, or related field or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Three to five years of related work experience in sales operations or enablement is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge in Salesforce and other applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Understanding of data analysis and analytics, and data/object relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to solve problems through collaboration and critical thinking.
  • Ability to learn quickly, to adapt to change, to work independently with minimal direction, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
