Associate Accountant - Great Early-in-Career Opportunity

We are recruiting for an Associate Accountant to assist in day-to-day accounting responsibilities including AR, AP, journal entries, maintaining the general ledger and accounting system, payroll, and other duties. This a great early-in-career accounting opportunity with a breadth of responsibilities in a sophisticated industry.

Compensation: Starting at $70,000 per year DOE, great health and other benefits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's degree in Accounting and/or Business Administration with two+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Quickbooks or other similar accounting software.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES FOR THIS JOB

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently.
