Campaign Project Manager
Job Summary
The Campaign Project Manager, reporting to the Content Manager, plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of marketing campaigns and projects. By establishing and optimizing workbacks, prioritizing tasks, and refining processes, this role facilitates seamless collaboration across a dynamic creative team and agency partners, including designers, writers, and strategists. The Campaign Project Manager ensures all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with OnPoint’s business goals, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing delays, and maintaining clear ownership throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Functions
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle of multiple concurrent creative campaigns. Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, create automations, and allocate resources to ensure timely, high-quality, and on-brand deliverables.
- Partner with marketing leadership, creative teams, and strategists to align campaign workflows with business objectives. Monitor resource needs and team capacity, helping prioritize initiatives and optimize marketing resources.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication of project updates, priorities, and expectations with stakeholders. Coordinate project meetings and provide detailed documentation to maintain alignment.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to eliminate bottlenecks, enhance efficiency, and sustain momentum across teams. Proactively address challenges that could disrupt project timelines or deliverables.
- Use data-driven insights and Monday.com to prioritize tasks based on impact, deadlines, and capacity. Automate project updates and generate reports to focus efforts on high-priority initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects.
- Strong project management expertise to plan, organize, and coordinate creative campaigns.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, capable of translating objectives and feedback clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage creative workbacks and facilitate efficient collaboration between internal and external contributors.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with project automation tools and basic programming (e.g., Monday.com API, Python) to enhance productivity and reporting.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining project timelines and quality.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years managing cross-functional creative projects and campaigns. Experience in banking, finance, or marketing agencies preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, project management, or a related field highly preferred
- Monday.com core and advanced certifications preferred. PMI or Scrum project management certifications are a plus but not required.
- Basic coding knowledge or familiarity with APIs for custom workflow automation is advantageous.
