The Cash Management Sr. Analyst will be responsible for assisting department leadership with projects, analysis, and overall department functionality.

Who would I interact with?


Interacts with internal customers and external vendors, peers, supervisors, and management.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Scope and complete data analysis. Be able to provide conclusions and identify management decision points.

  • Review and presentation of data analysis to leadership.

  • Scope and develop new department functions.

  • Review existing company functions for areas of process improvement and centralization.

  • Create project plans for new initiatives. This includes scoping, ROI, and risk analysis.

  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

  • Support the BOS leadership team as needed.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

What are the requirements for this job?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Advanced computer and Microsoft Excel/Access skills (pivot tables, vlookup, complex formulas)

  • Minimum two (2) years accounting experience or equivalent coursework

  • Effective communications skills, written and verbal

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a team member in a deadline-driven environment

  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities

  • Demonstrates personal credibility by taking responsibility for actions and being reliable and trustworthy.

  • Results oriented, ensuring one’s own work is accurate and complete

  • Ability to obtain information from several sources to address present needs
