Ability to travel to various locations on and off-campus for meetings

Job Summary
UK Enterprise Salesforce Operations Group (ESOG) is looking for a qualified candidate to serve as a Salesforce Administrator and process analyst. The applicable candidate will serve as a catalyst for broadening the university’s CRM base and will work with SF senior administrators and technical staff to maximize the university’s philanthropic capacity within the scope of the Salesforce CRM, specifically the Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement instance, known as RADAR.
The Data Management Specialist Sr position, housed within Enterprise Salesforce Operations Group in partnership with UK Philanthropy Information Systems, will also work in collaboration with the Salesforce Team on overall project development, including building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external constituents to ensure project deliverables are on track. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, an inquisitive nature, persistence, and self-motivation in applying research and analytical abilities in meaningful ways to support the university’s fundraising goals. Must possess a strong track record of creative problem solving, risk management, delegation, and technical acumen.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Working knowledge of RADAR database, MS Word, and Excel.
