The Global Commercial Services Marketing team (GCSM) is responsible for making business membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. GCSM markets a breadth of products across charge, lending, co-brand, and corporate cards. It is also offers a range of small business banking and B2B solutions.

The Director, Campaign Execution Technology Transformation will spearhead GCSM’s efforts for Project Flywheel, a multi-year initiative to redefine marketing execution through innovation, automation, and efficiency. This leader will be at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data, ensuring our marketing infrastructure drives agility, personalization, and scalable growth. By translating business needs into actionable technical strategies, they will enable seamless adoption of new capabilities and ensure campaign execution is faster, smarter, and more effective.

How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?

  • Own the end-to-end GCSM strategy for Project Flywheel, continuously evolving the north star vision, roadmap, and execution model to transform marketing delivery
  • Develop and refine marketing use cases, ensuring business requirements are deeply rooted in solving real marketing challenges while optimizing processes for scale
  • Lead the execution of Flywheel use cases, driving pilot delivery, launch strategies, and performance measurement to demonstrate business impact
  • Bridge the gap between marketing, product and technology, ensuring campaign execution is tightly aligned with platform capabilities, data architecture, and automation advancements
  • Optimize operational processes to ensure seamless execution and maximize marketing speed-to-market within the evolving Flywheel ecosystem
  • Influence and align cross-functional teams, including GCSM, the Flywheel Transformation Office, Control Management, EDDS, Technology, and US Consumer Marketing
  • Ensure continuous learning and adoption, fostering a culture of experimentation, iteration, and growth as Flywheel capabilities evolve

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in marketing technology, product management, or digital transformation
  • Proven track record of leading complex capability builds that drive automation and efficiency
  • Expertise in marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and data-driven personalization
  • Strong ability to align cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience managing change at scale, ensuring seamless adoption of new capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Adobe or Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform experience 
  • Experience leading dynamic and high performing teams 

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
