Distribution Finance Intern - Summer 2025

Our team is responsible for monitoring the financial health of our sales force – providing insight, monitoring trends and reporting detailed data to business leaders.  This position provides financial and data insights to key business partners across the organization including financial planning and analysis, financial and operational metrics, and financial forecasting. A successful analyst will have strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to solve problems, and be able to build relationships across the organization. This position will work as part of a team on the day-to-day enterprise distribution finance processes and have the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creation and implementation of data visualization solutions for business leaders
  • Provide Field Leadership with analysis, reporting and strategic guidance
  • Analyze and implement constant improvement to business processes for effectiveness and efficiency, and update documentation accordingly
  • Provide recommendations and proactive solutions to address business needs
  • Prepare ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly distribution metric reports
  • Provide support and analysis to various projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

Pursuing a degree a finance, accounting, data analytics, or similar background

Experience with Alteryx & Tableau preferred, but not required

The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
