A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Director of Talent Management,

This role plays a crucial part in shaping and executing strategic initiatives that foster employee development, leadership growth, and long-term retention. As a champion of career advancement, you will partner with department leaders to design clear, actionable career pathways, driving talent growth and succession planning. By identifying high-potential employees and creating leadership opportunities, you will help strengthen the organization's future leadership bench. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to interpret engagement results and implement meaningful changes. A significant focus of this role is the design and delivery of leadership development programs, including coaching, mentoring, and targeted training initiatives. Working closely with leadership, you will align talent strategies to address skill gaps, enhance performance, and boost employee engagement. Furthermore, you will play an integral role in the talent review cycle and the succession planning process to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Requirements
    • 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including performance management, employee engagement, learning and development and training, preferably in a large organization
    • Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Requirements
    • SHRM Certified Professional
    • Certification in external learning programs and/or in a psychometric assessment tool
    • Virtual development and facilitation of development content
    • Prior experience leading a remote team
