The GSG Colleague MIS & Analytics team (CMA) is seeking a manager to help drive the performance of our frontline colleagues. The Manager – Performance Management & Incentives will have the responsibility of defining, implementing and maintaining a performance management program for the front-line colleagues and leaders across GSG card servicing processes for customer servicing teams in multiple markets globally.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Consult with operations’ customers to identify metrics and targets that will best drive behaviors for Servicing CCPs on the floor, support business targets, and create a competitive environment between CCPs.
- Consult with business leaders and Ops managers, draft presentations to share with the customers.
- Comply with the Incentives design and Governance process while creating Plan Documents, Plan Information Forms, the timely filing of inventory, and the yearly refresh of existing plans.
- Assist customers with insightful analysis in an accurate and timely manner.
- Successfully engage in multiple metrics initiatives, lead or support ongoing metrics projects, and provide consultative expertise focused on win-win solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to take direction to drive deliverables and achieve results within a tight timeframe.
- Experience with managing business operations and making impactful strategic changes.
- Comfortable operating and contributing to a team-oriented environment with the willingness to make it great, to do what’s right while respecting people in all aspects of the role.
- Conceptual thinking skills and ability to identify and implement technical solutions to achieve process automation and improve group’s productivity.
- Experience using MS Excel and Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Operate with complete sense of ownership – Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings to support the international business.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $170,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
