Job Summary
Building Bridges to Farmer Mental Health is a community-engaged initiative to support farmer and farm family mental health in KY, particularly rural communities. Programming focuses on a mental health advocate development program for adults and youth, community driven education and training, culturally relevant media campaigns, and community outreach events.
Position Description: This position supports the program director and team with implementation of all grant deliverables. Duties include:
- supporting community coalition and partner building
- assisting with the development, creation, and facilitation of programming, outputs, and other daily operations
- documenting project tasks and outcomes
- engaging in data collection and analysis related to program and partner data as applicable
- aiding the creation of internal and external reports
- supporting grant and technical writing.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Teams); Adobe Creative, Canva or similar programs; Qualtrics, REDCap or other online survey software; Stata, SPSS, or SAS, online project management software

Preferred Education/Experience
Degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, social/behavioral sciences, or related field preferred; Project implementation and research experience preferred
