Job Summary

The Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center is seeking a Program Coordinator II to join our administrative team. This position will provide programmatic oversight of special projects and efforts that support the mission of the Center, key stakeholders, and its donors.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and implementing programs including student fellowships, pilot and other larger internal grant opportunities, and coordinating related meetings and events. Additional duties include regular communication, garnering feedback, providing content and resources, reporting, daily operations of the floor including maintaining office supplies, printers, mail etc. as needed.

The successful candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Other key success factors include servant leadership, adaptability, creativity and innovation, resilience, and being technologically savvy.

Preferred Education/Experience

Experience in an academic setting and program coordination preferred.
