Job Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor, evaluate, and revise the GA Ryan White Part B Clinical Quality Management plan at least annually and work plans at least quarterly.
- Facilitate the GA Ryan White Part B Clinical Quality Management Team, Performance Measures Subcommittee, and State Office Quality Management Improvement Committee meetings.
- Provide technical assistance related to the development and implementation of local Quality Management Plans including quality improvement projects.
- Provide Technical Assistance to the Health Districts and ADAP Enrollment sites with the ADAP/HICP application & recertification.
- Follow up with Case Manager regarding clients treatment adherence including prescription pick up.
- Develop and update clinical case management performance measures.
- Develops and update HIV-related or quality-related training materials within programmatic guidelines as needed/requested.
- Conduct statewide HIV clinical case management site visits with chart reviews, performance indicators, and needs assessments for Ryan White Part B. Prepare summary reports for each site reviewed.
- Ensure assessment of HIV clinical case management services.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
AND Two years of experience performing work related to area of assignment
OR
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Five years of experience performing work related to area of assignment
OR
One year of experience at the lower level Healthcare Prgm Consultant 2 (HCP091) or position equivalent.
Note: Some positions may require licensure.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in HIV/AIDS Ryan White Programs at state and/or local levels.
- Experience in monitoring program performance.
- Experience providing technical assistance.
- Knowledge of Ryan White Programs and Clinical case management requirements.
- Experience and knowledge about HAB Clinical Case management Performance measure.
