International Subsidiary Banking (ISB) is CMB’s international proposition which aims to provide banking coverage to the subsidiaries of Commercial Banking (CMB) customers within the Large Corporate and Mid-Market Enterprise segments. The ISB strategy is to provide consistent, in-depth and dedicated coverage across the HSBC network with the end goal to deepen our relationship with our customers. The ISB business is a significant contributor of revenue to CMB and consists of a network of dedicated bankers across more than 40 countries.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a relationship manager to join our ISB Tech & Healthcare sector team, specifically supporting the inbound opportunities from our Innovation Banking teams in Israel and Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow the business in this core Innovation corridor and to partner with the next generation of builders.

As our Relationship Management you will:

  • Be responsible for growing relationships from the existing customer portfolio
  • Drive acquisition of new customers through proactive engagement with Innovation Banking teams in Israel and Europe
  • Identify opportunities to connect customers to opportunities and strengthen the relationship
  • Collaborate with other Global Businesses, Product and Service Partners
  • Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide a superior quality service to position HSBC as the market leader in this segment

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $100,400.00 and $150,600.00


The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

Requirements

You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:

  • Location flexible, but must work in East Coast time zone 
  • Fluency in Hebrew preferred 
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in cash management/treasury services/client service/business development
  • Background in credit skills preferred, but can also be developed on the job
  • A team player with strong inter-personal skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a very dynamic, fast paced environment with multiple teams and functions and across multiple projects
  • Superior work ethic, strong desire to learn, extremely self-motivated, success driven and uncompromising attention to detail
  • Long-term, authentic relationship building skills and proven origination skills to build a high-quality client portfolio and deliver best-in-class client experience
  • Excellent analytical and research skills.
