About the role:
The Returns administrators primary duty is to achieve operational silence. This is done by actively working and building relationships with our dealers and service parts providers. The majority of the day to day will be working on dealer Claims, Parts Return authorizations, Quality Control, and corresponding reporting.
What you will do:
- Process claims and returns paperwork and be the primary point of contact for both dealers and vendors. These can be processed through DealerNet, CRM Tickets and email.
- Assist in addressing quality concerns and returns by actively working both internal emails and dealer CRM tickets.
- Process warranty claims in a timely manner including both 1st and 2nd touch.
- Create the necessary reporting that allows us to track supplier performance that allows us to play a role in making necessary supplier and product changes as well as implement training with dealers to reduce future claims and returns.
- Provide performance and financial numbers necessary for monthly closing.
- Create reporting that allows MLA to benefit from the returns by making policy changes where applicable. Implement programs and policies to take advantage of synergy opportunities between returns, warranty, rejects, and core management.

When and Where:
- Monday through Friday, Hybrid position based out of Grand Rapids, MI (regularly scheduled in-person and remote work).
- Occasional warehouse work, must be able to lift 25lbs.
What you need to have:
- Associates Degree or 3-5 years industry experience.
- Proficient communication skills, which include the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verabally and in writing.
- Self motivated, disciplined, and able to keep on task.
- Understanding of SAP, Cloud Suite, and WMS systems.
- Strong understanding of both Accounting and Inventory Control practices.

- Experience in a Lift Truck service parts or related industry such as Automotive, Earth Moving, Agriculture, Etc.

The salary for this position ranges from $51,500 to $63,000 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
