Position Overview

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting/supporting all aspects of the sales process and Sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Administer departmental HubSpot CRM entries, account assignments, pipeline status, and serve as general lead administrator for all CRM input and output data.
  • Work closely with Sales and Departmental leadership on data reporting, creating pivot tables, and other data focused activities and reporting.
  • Traffic incoming sales inquiries and assist sales with assessing the opportunity
  • Assist with incoming calls and emails that need to be routed to other Departments
  • Assist sales team and clients (internal & external) with rate sheet requests
  • Assist sales team and clients (internal & external) with scheduling product demo/training
  • Support sales and client onboarding team with obtaining additional information needed for setup
  • Liaise between sales and other departments
  • Assist in the logistical coordination of supplies and SWAG to offsite and remote industry events.
  • Assist sales with Corporate Presentations
  • Support sales by coordinating meetings, and seminars, and attending industry events as needed
  • Assist in coordinating activities associated with client events
  • Assist in ticket distribution to events/games and ensuring event catering is ordered
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree or work experience equivalent
  • Computer and Software experience PC skills, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel, Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-orientated with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and under strict timeframes.
  • Multi-level relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work towards the team and individual goals.
  • Must exhibit a sense of urgency with client servicing.
  • Maintain an understanding of products and services to interact with clients.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Flexibility to shift priorities as needed to service the teams
  • Self-motivated must be able to work independently, goal and people oriented.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

Special Work Conditions   

  • Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour.
