Overview

LMI is seeking a Senior Performance Management Data Analyst to support an exciting military health client engagement. This position will join a team of innovators, designers, and technologists to support the design, start-up, and management of an innovation cell for the military health client– an internal process, technology, and workforce accelerator program, where mission-enabling ideas are prototype, tested, and scaled. This cell will develop innovative processes and technology that directly impact both the quality care that servicemembers receive and the readiness of our national defense organizations. The LMI team will conduct an initial assessment to enable the organization stand-up, and will then provide management and acceleration support to enable innovation cell day-to-day operations. The selected candidate will play a critical role in working directly with the client to define and align outcomes, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for their portfolio of priorities. This position emphasizes not just data and analytics, but also strategic leadership in performance management frameworks, enabling the innovation cell to deliver measurable and impactful results.
