The Consumer New Product Development team is responsible for leading large, cross-functional teams to drive new products, benefits, and capabilities from ideation to market launch. We are a highly motivated and collaborative team, looking for a thought leader who has proven product development skills, relentless customer focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive vision and development of new products, features, and capabilities based on an intimate knowledge of customer, business and technology 
  • Lead Consumer-wide critical initiatives to drive business results, improve customer experiences, and increase agility in product development 
  • Critical participant in concept development and end-to-end customer experience design 
  • Integrate customer research, usability studies and market analysis into actionable product requirements 
  • Write and prioritize features for new products and product enhancements, balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders 
  • Collaborate and negotiate with several internal partners, such as Product Management, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Platform Owners more to define and pivot product needs 
  • Drive products through development, testing, launch and post launch analysis- advocating to achieve the best outcomes

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Deeply inquisitive, enjoys creative problem solving, has a strong attention to details and a can-do attitude and enjoys working at the intersection of tech and business 
  • Strong end-user focus and understanding of customer empathy  
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 3-5 years’ experience in Agile or Scaled Agile Product Development preferred 
  • Experience working with partners to ideate and define business features; prioritizing features based on business / customer value and feasibility, conducting product owner test validations 
  • Ability to manage technical, regulatory as well as communication complexity in large multi-workstream initiatives  
  • Demonstrated strategic thought leadership to develop and iterate the product roadmap and backlog ensuring global reusability  
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple project priorities and drive flawless execution in a quickly changing, highly matrixed environment  
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and influence partners and senior leaders  

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
