The r. Power Platform Consultant will be responsible for analysis, prototyping, designing, and building solutions to meet business requirements, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, engineers, and administrators on applying best practices for the Power Platform. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and creative developer who can intake business automation requests, research how they can be met using the Microsoft cloud, design and build solutions to meet those needs, and present working prototypes to showcase process automation opportunities.
The projected compensation range for this position is $125K - $145K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft technologies and Hybrid/Cloud technologies
- Hands-on experience designing cloud-based solutions to meet customer requirements
- In depth understanding of the capabilities of Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, and Teams
- Experience with the full lifecycle of development: Analysis, Research, Prototyping, Design and Development
- Experience working with Agile methodology and self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a dynamic environment
- Superb communication skills (written and verbal) for communicating with end users and executives, presenting solutions, and providing guidance on implementing solutions
Desirable Skills
- Certifications in Microsoft cloud technologies, particularly Power Platform
- Active federal government public trust clearance
- US Citizenship
