Shift

7:30AM – 12AM, Sunday through Saturday. Various shifts throughout this time frame – will be discussed with Supervisor. 



Job Summary

The Smart Campus Administrative Coordinator is a pivotal role responsible for supporting and expanding the Smart Campus Initiative, including Student Technology Outfitting, Esports, Digital Signage, and related programs. This position works closely with departmental leadership to ensure efficient business operations, manage facilities (e.g., the Cornerstone building), oversee student workers, and drive new program development. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills and be comfortable working across multiple teams and platforms. Key responsibilities listed below:

Maintaining departmental communications across various platforms (Email, websites, digital signage, social media)

Continual development of business processes, documentation, training materials, and performance metrics

Recruit, train, and supervise student workers including building schedules.

Assist with event planning, room scheduling, project management, and extra-departmental coordination

Facility upkeep and procurement orders

Oversight of facility operations, staff administration, new hire onboarding and orientation
Financial Reconciliation of accounts (departmental Procurement Card, etc)

Project Management and development within Smart Campus Initiative



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The individual should have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to follow department procedures/policies and to work independently. It is expected that the Administrative Coordinator will maintain a regular work schedule.
