Temporary Parking and Transportation Supervisor - 534342

Job Summary:

The Parking and Transportation Department is currently seeking a Temporary Parking and Transportation Supervisor to join their team of professionals.

Duties include:

  • Supervises customer service operations and ensures high-quality interactions with customers during in-office operations.
  • Provides oversight across all operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective execution.
  • Assists in the development of employee tasks, schedules, and training programs for customer service and operational teams.
  • Effectively resolves customer and operational issues, providing recommendations and strategies to enhance team performance and operational success.
  • Monitors performance metrics and operational workflows to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous optimization of services.
  • Collaborates with other department supervisors to coordinate efforts and align strategies, ensuring consistency across all operations.
  • Reports directly to the Manager of the area, providing updates on team performance, operational challenges, and progress on key initiatives.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of parking and transportation operations is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • $18.00/hourly
  • 2:30pm-11:00pm
  • 40 hours a week including weekends (Flexible).

As a temporary employee, you are also eligible to enroll in supplemental plans (e.g. dental, vision,) which requires full payment on your part.
