We lead with strategic oversight, ensuring that every project not only aligns with our technological ambitions but also supports our overarching business objectives.What you’lldo<ul><li>Monitor and manage workload for large division within Symbotic engineering working daily with engineering leadership (CTO, SVP, VP).</li><li>Define, track and prioritize team sprints ensuring compliance of work tickets and development process; manage and report to leadership team KPIs and overall execution.</li><li>Oversee change management implementation for teams, quality of test execution and readiness for deployment to production.</li><li>Lead the post-production audit to validate system deliverable performance against technical requirements and production site metrics.</li><li>Coordinate with team on root-cause investigations and corrective action implementation for issues and problems incurred in production or that cause site downtime.</li><li>Work with team leads to drive issues to closure and coordinate adoption of new features and development updates.</li><li>Ensure all Jira tickets are prioritized, driven, and closed with clear actions, owners, and dates. Make the news not just report the news.</li><li>Identify technical issues that could affect the program success and help the team navigate them. </li><li>Facilitate cross-functional meetings and regularly communicate initiative status to teams and senior management. </li><li>Work closely with engineering managers and leads, product managers/owners, to ensure rapid execution and on time, high quality delivery for the system.</li><li>Foster a culture focused on transparency, speed of decision-making, and a synchronized partnership with cross-functional teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure rapid execution and on time, high quality delivery of complex programs.  </li><li>Interact with and motivate talented engineering teams across multiple locations, harness their high energy to deliver high quality products.</li><li>Continuously challenge and improve our internal processes to find efficiencies. </li><li>Continuously challenge and improve our way of working by implementing new standards, processes and procedures that streamline interactions and communication across teams. </li></ul>What you’llneed<ul><li>8+ years of experience, with 5+ years of technical project management experience.</li><li>Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership experience coordinating technical development across large engineering organization (50+ persons teams).</li><li>Proficient in analyzing data and reporting key results at executive level.</li><li>Technical background in following is a plus – Robotics, Automation Technology, Automated Warehouse / DC Systems, Mobile Robots / Perception / AI, Software Engineering, IT, Hardware Engineering, Industrial Controls</li><li>Highly experienced with full product development lifecycle from inception through delivery and service support to customer.</li><li>Industry experience with project management, data and visualization tools (e.g. Jira, Tableau, Qlik).</li><li>High potential engineering lead: fast learner, key contributor, strong work ethic, high energy and potential to take on increased scope of engineering management responsibility.</li><li>Experience using Jira, organizing, and writing tickets.</li><li>Experience writing SQL queries.</li><li>Experience facilitating dynamic meetings, coordinating among high energy participants, and directing towards productive results. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly articulate program information to any level of the company. Ability to effectively present and drive program deliverables to CTO and staff.</li><li>Experience with agile methodologies. </li><li>Experience with problem solving methodologies. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience defining releases, identifying risks, and controlling scope.</li><li>Experience with using metrics and data analysis to support or drive the right or most beneficial process improvements. </li><li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, willingness to adapt to change and proceed on decisions made with varying levels of uncertainty. </li><li>Ability to build and manage cross functional relationships.</li><li>Advanced degree in related engineering or business management fields is a plus.</li><li>Experience with industrial/robotic automation is a plus.</li><li>Experience with high tech manufacturing is a plus.</li><li>Experience with rapid growth companies is a plus.</li><li>PMP Certification is a plus.</li></ul>#LI-AH1#LI-Hybrid Apply Now
