Candidates must (1) hold an MS or Ph.D. degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline by their start date, (2) have a commitment to undergraduate and graduate education, and (3) demonstrate the potential to educate students and mentor adjunct faculty. This position has both administrative and teaching responsibilities.&nbsp;The Director will develop and maintain curriculum and courses, ensure the program’s quality, recruit students, interact with industry partners, supervise Capstone projects, hire and manage adjunct faculty, and help prepare for and maintain accreditation.
