Conduct regular risk assessments of outsourced services to identify and address any potential risks or weaknesses in outsourcing arrangements.</li></ul><ul><li>Contract Review: Support the drafting, negotiation, and review of vendor contracts to ensure they capture the contractual obligations to drive the expected business outcomes and the appropriate performance standards. Support contract management activities, including processing amendments, monitoring expiration dates, updating supporting documentation, etc.</li><li>Reporting: Provide detailed reports on vendor performance, risks, and outsourcing governance metrics to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
